- Build thoughtful artist relationships and discovery pipelines.
- Bring clear recommendations to the team.
- Help shape the way new music reaches Hummingbird.

- Good judgment and care with artist relationships.
- The ability to explain why a work matters.
Compensation framework
20% of the managed artist catalog's net profit, increasing by 1 percentage point for each complete 1,000,000 monthly listeners. Catalog expenses and artist discretionary funds are included in the net-profit calculation and configured per artist or label.
